Chicken Nachos Recipe - Low Carb and Delicious!

This is a great dish for busy families and it's so delicious! Even for a picky eating family like mine, this is one quick meal we can all agree on!

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 - 10.5 can of Hormel's Chunk Chicken1

  • 10.75 oz. can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Cup of Pace's Mild Salsa

  • Sliced ripe olives and chopped green onions, amount desired

  • 1 bag of Tostito's Toritilla Chips

Place tortilla chips in oven and warm at 200 degrees.

Drain chicken and combine into medium size pot with cheddar cheese (mixed according to directions on label), and salsa. Cook over medium heat until almost boiling.

Remove from heat.

Place the desired about amount of chips on plate and cover with chicken mix.

Add olives and green onions as desired.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: Approximately 10 minutes
Servings: Approximately 5
