I need more coffee! I can't believe I just put 'simply' instead of 'simplify'! Aaarrgghhhh!
I bought these when I was craving cookies and didn't want the mess of making them myself. They are SO GOOD. I'd love to win this so I can get some more!

I simplify my cooking (or baking rather) by trying to always have an organized kitchen and keeping track of my necessary pantry items.

I buy what is fresh and in season so it is cheaper and freeze it.

I simplify my cooking by cleaning up and organizing as I go along. This way, when its all done--I don't feel overwhelmed by the mess that I've created! Another tip is I usually do alot of cooking on Sundays after church. Mostly large batches and casseroles, things that can be easily frozen and then thawed out & prepared during the week! We've got 5 very active kids, so this saves alot of time & $$ and is healthier than always grabbing fast food!

As someone who loves all kinds of cookies, this post made my mouth water.
I noticed the reference to high fructose corn syrup, so I thought I’d weigh in. High fructose corn syrup may have a complicated-sounding name, but it’s simply a kind of corn sugar that is actually handled by the body like sugar or honey.
Consumers are being misled into thinking that sugar is healthier than high fructose corn syrup, which is simply a kind of sugar. They are nutritionally the same and both are fine in moderation. Here’s a good post with more third-party research. http://mommymythbuster.wordpress.com/2009/06/10/myth-29-high-fructose-corn-syrup-is-the-worst-of-the-evils/
Thanks for your consideration!

I keep my cooking simple by using quality pre packaged mixes, dinner kits or frozen veggies when it doesn't compromise the end product or add a great deal more sugar, salt, fat, etc. to our meals.
