Weekly Highlights for May 3 - 9, 2009

I want to wish a Happy Mother's Day to the Moms out there! I'm hoping that you day was full of a much R & R because we all deserve it!

It's been another busy week here at The Mom Trap with the addition of several new recipes, memes, contests and more.

This week promises to be an even better week with some really awesome reviews and giveaways!

Last week included:

• Several new recipes were added including Country Steak with Gravy, Super Simple Cake Mix Cookies, and Marinated Chicken Tenders.
  
  
• The 100 yards of grosgrain ribbon giveaway continues until Friday, May 15, 2009.
  
  
• A history of Mother's Day, along with interesting trivia, was posted - and it includes a $5 Amazon gift card giveaway!
  
  
• I couldn't contain myself any longer and fire off an opinion post about the issues between Octomom and Gloria Allred.
  
  
• Creating An Awesome Blog: Resources for the New Blogger was updated to include a link to create glitter text for your blog.
  
  
• I announced the opening of Mamapedia - like wikipedia just about mothering!
  
  
• A tutorial post was made on How To Determine Retail and Wholesale Pricing for Your Handmade Craft Product.
  
  
• A book review on Caitlin Rother's Body Parts was added
